Ragan Graves is a native Nashvillian and a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, with experience providing clinical mental health services to women through major life transitions, i.e. transitioning from high school to college, college to career, marriage to motherhood, etc. Her passion is to walk alongside clients who may be struggling to make sense of life's ups and downs and to help them reach a place of hope and acceptance. By offering a safe space that is both comfortable and inviting, Ragan’s mission is to assist clients in identifying areas of pain in order to grow, transform, and heal. She uses an integrative and collaborative approach to therapy, with the understanding that each individual is complex and unique. Learn More →

WHO I SERVE
-
Adolescent girls
I enjoy assisting adolescent girls in the process of differentiation and self-identity work. I strongly believe in the value of getting to know yourself during this life stage to better develop tools, build resiliency, and increase confidence to set you up for life.
-
College age women & young adults
I have a true heart for young women (20s) in this stage of life. This is the time period where I began my personal therapeutic journey when I felt the overwhelm of transitioning out of college & into the “real world.” It is a passion of mine to assist women in navigating relationships or singleness, careers, friendships, geographical moves and self care.
-
Women from Ages 30-40+
This is the busy life stage I am currently in, and can deeply relate to women who are balancing marriage, young children, caring for aging parents, all while trying to deepen friendships and connection with self. I enjoy working with women transitioning into a marriage, postpartum & parenting work along with reconnecting to Self.
