  • My session fee is $175 per clinical hour.

  • I am out of network with all insurance companies; however, I can provide a receipt of services for clients to file on their own. You may check your coverage by calling your insurance provider and asking about your coverage and what information is needed to file.

  • As of January 1, 2022, you have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical care will cost.

    Under the law, healthcare providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for medical items and services.

    o You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency items or services. This includes related costs like medical tests, prescription drugs, equipment, and hospital fees.

    o Make sure your healthcare provider gives you a Good Faith Estimate in writing at least 1 business day before your medical service or item. You can also ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule an item or service.

    o If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill.

    o Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate.

  • While it is my preference to see clients in person at my office, I do offer telehealth options for those who prefer. I am able to see clients virtually within the state of Tennessee.

  • I am not authorized to prescribe medication, but I do collaborate with local medical professionals with a client’s written permission to coordinate care as necessary.

  • Cancellation notices must be given 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment or it will result in a charge for the full session fee.

    **Emergencies and special situations could result in a waiving of cancellation charges.
